Property Management – Facilitating Day to Day Operations Needed for Your Property

Property Management is additional to the Leasing Agreement.  A Leasing Agreement is also required upon signing up for Property Management.

What it entails:

  • Collecting Rents, Late Fees, etc.
  • 24 hour on-call service 7 days a week!
  • Scheduled walk-through while vacant – drive-by while occupied
  • Keeping you notified of ALL on-goings and still in charge of all decisions unless otherwise granted
  • Acting on your behalf as Agent at all times
  • Coordinating all ongoing maintenance & needed repairs
  • Hiring necessary contractors – only current & fully insured contractors will be hired
  • Handling Demands for Rent, Eviction filing, and all legally allowed court proceedings should they arise
  • Setting up escrow & operating joint accounts, and acting as cosigner on your behalf
  • Paying all related bills you choose for us to have paid on your behalf from operating account – financial statement sent to you every month

Rates for Property Management are based on a percentage of collected monthly rent.  Because of this, you always know we are continuously looking out for your best interest at all times.
