Amber comes to us with 10+ years of experience in customer service and is embracing that with her Property Management career at Cardinal Point. Having experience in both commercial and residential real estate roles, Amber has learned that communication and positivity are key to developing successful relationships with her clients & residents.

From her experience as a Specialty Leasing Manager in the area, Amber is known to be active within the local communities, including the Portsmouth & Dover Chambers of Commerce, where she enjoyed networking and connecting with local entrepreneurs, helping them expand their businesses.

On a personal note, Amber enjoys spending time with her family and going to the ocean, especially when the weather is nice. She also loves picnics and enjoys exploring new places when she has free time.

With 30 years in property management and Leasing, Nancy has had a diverse career, from managing large corporate properties to working as owner liaison with individuals, working one on one to find just the right tenant for their single unit.  Nancy personally owns multi-family properties in addition to her duties as Leasing Agent at Cardinal Point Property Management, so she knows first-hand what an owner is looking for.

Nancy is extremely involved in her community, serving on the Board of Directors for We Care Food Pantry in Milton, NH, and working as an advocate for the elderly in NH as well, where she assists with matching vulnerable & handicapped individuals with an array of services & benefits.

Most of all, Nancy’s pride and joy are her two grandchildren.  She enjoys spending quality time with her family, engaging in many outdoor activities at the family camp.  Boating, swimming, hiking, antiquing, thrifting, and refinishing furniture are among Nancy’s favorite activities.

Ray is an Agent for the property manager in our Greenland NH office and will work to ensure the best possible care and attention to your property. Ray works with the entire staff so that no gaps are left unattended in managing your property.

Ray is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in NH, experienced with NH & Maine tenant/landlord issues. He also performs handyman items for the team and uses his NH Master Electrician license to perform small jobs for our clients.

Ray is a Navy and NHAG Veteran and is retired from the power industry after 37 years. He enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends. Ray keeps a busy life volunteering, participating, and supporting local organizations. These would include Pease Greeters, Seabee Veterans of America, American Legion, Elks Club, Little League, UNH sports.
