Eugene is the Principal & Founder of Cardinal Point Property Management, and he & his professional team will work tirelessly to make sure you can sleep well at night.
Eugene is a licensed Real Estate Broker in NH, armed with substantial knowledge of NH and Maine tenant, landlord, and association issues. He boasts an extensive background in residential leasing and managing properties of varying scales, from single-family homes to multi-family apartments and associations. A proud member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers, Eugene upholds the high ethical standards and experience required for designation.

Raymond Bilodeau
Leasing Agent
Ray is an Agent for the property manager in our Portsmouth NH office and will work to ensure the best possible care and attention to your property. Ray works with the entire staff so that no gaps are left unattended in managing your property.
Ray holds a Real Estate Salesperson license in NH and brings his extensive experience in NH and Maine tenant/landlord matters to the table. In addition, he makes use of his license as a NH Master Electrician to execute minor jobs for our clients. Moreover, he contributes to the team by performing various handyman tasks.
