Our History

With deep roots in the Seacoast area, we officially opened our doors in October 2012 with a clear vision: to provide reliable, full-service property management that truly reflects the needs of our local community.

After decades of combined experience in real estate, maintenance, and client service, we saw an opportunity to create a company that did more than just manage properties—we wanted to build lasting relationships and simplify the experience of property ownership.

We’re proud to be based right here in the Seacoast, and we manage properties throughout the surrounding area—up to an hour away from our main office. From Portsmouth and Dover to Rochester and beyond, we’re familiar with the neighborhoods, the market trends, and the unique needs of each town.

We’ve built our business on word of mouth and referrals, and we take that trust seriously. Our team brings over 30 years of collective experience to the table, and we specialize in managing a wide range of property types. That includes single-family homes, multi-family residences, apartment buildings, and homeowners’ associations (HOAs).

Founder and CEO

Eugene is a licensed Real Estate Broker in New Hampshire. He has worked in property management for many years, managing everything from single-family homes to large apartment buildings and HOAs. He also knows a lot about rental laws and landlord-tenant issues in both New Hampshire and Maine.

Further inland, we manage properties in Kittery, Epping, Exeter, and Salem—towns known for their blend of convenience, accessibility, and growing neighborhoods. These areas offer a variety of housing options, making them a great fit for both long-term rentals and family homes.
